Thanks for this important topic as well! Once, one of my fellows told me an interesting story about him being at restaurant. He was eating something when suddenly he put something in his mouth which tasted very awful !
The maitre could notice that and acted quickly to resolve the issue, replaced his meal and offered him a very delicious dessert with millions of apologizes!
